The Steeple Run Homeowners' Association (SRHA) is a dedicated volunteer organization whose mission is to maintain Steeple Run as an exceptional neighborhood by safeguarding, preserving, and improving our shared assets while advancing the interests of our residents.
The SRHA is governed by a Board of Directors, who work in accordance with our established legal Covenants. This framework helps us to prioritize the long-term well-being of our residents while ensuring the quality of life and value of individual properties remains protected.

Hey there! Since 2004, we’ve been thrilled to have 74 lovely families in Steeple Run, where custom homes have flourished. Now, we’re all about building a lively community that feels just right. Our homes are nestled on generous lots, giving everyone a fantastic place to live that blends seamlessly with nature. We truly envision a neighborhood where everyone feels at home and connected.
