The next meeting of the SRHA Board of Directors will be held via Zoom on Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
All homeowners are invited to attend. Zoom link available upon request.
SRHA Board Meeting Held 3/26/2026
A quarterly Board meeting was held on Tuesday March 26, 2026 via Zoom.
Dues Assessment: Remit by July 1, 2025
Association Dues ($115) for the fiscal year June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 are due by July 1.
Zelle payments made to srhapayments@gmail.com are preferred. Please add your house # and street to the Memo section to be properly credited.
Please note the Zelle payment address is srhapayments@gmail.com. Payments made to any other address cannot be retrieved and credited to the homeowner.
If paying the $115 by check, please make it out to Steeple Run Homeowners' Association and mail to:

After July 31, unpaid dues are assessed a $25 Late Fee and on the first day of each month after July 31, 1 1/2% interest will be included until paid in full.

Updated Directory
to be Emailed
The most recent Steeple Run Estates Directory was emailed to residents 4/14/26.
With several recent homes sales, an updated Directory will be issued as soon after the closings.
Please submit a Contact Us form or drop an email to Karen with any needed corrections to your family listing or to request a duplicate.
Yard Sale June 4-7, 2026
Join us for our upcoming Neighborhood Yard Sale, Thursday June 4 through Sunday June 7.
The households that participated last weekend had great foot traffic and weather.
Spread the word - the more, the merrier! Promote sustainability while your clothes, furniture and knickknacks find new homes.
