The SRHA Board does not recommend the use of any contractor over another, nor does the Board guarantee the cost or quality of the services, but offers this information to SRHA members to use as they see fit. Any additional bids for type of service or suggestions of additional services are always welcome.

Strictly Sealcoating

Strictly Sealcoating is offering a group discount for Steeple Run residents. Minor crack filling and sealing is included.

$35 OFF for every home in the neighborhood for sealcoating between June 8-12, weather permitting.

*** PLEASE NOTE: If, on the day of service, a driveway is found to have more than minor cracks or requires additional repairs beyond the included minor crack filling, we will either provide a revised estimate and schedule service for a different day, or discuss any additional costs with the homeowner before proceeding with the service.

RSVP for pump-outs scheduled for May 4-8, 2026

$235 to pump a1500 gallon tank. Larger tanks cost extra. There will be a price reduction if 10+ homes register.
