The next meeting of the SRHA Board of Directors will be held via Zoom on Tuesday December 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
All homeowners are invited to attend. Zoom link available upon request.
SRHA Board Meeting Held 9/16/25
A Board meeting was held on Tuesday September 16, 2025 via Zoom.
Dues Assessment: Remit by July 1, 2025
Association Dues ($115) for the fiscal year June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026 are due by July 1.
Zelle payments made to srhapayments@gmail.com are preferred. Please add your house # and street to the Memo section.
If paying the $115 by check, please make it out to Steeple Run Homeowners' Association and mail to:

After July 31, unpaid dues are assessed a $25 Late Fee and on the first day of each month after July 31, 1 1/2% interest will be included until paid in full.

Yard Sale April or May 2026
Join us for our upcoming Neighborhood Yard Sale. As you clean before holiday entertaining, Konmari Clean-up or declutter, put items aside for this event.
Spread the word - the more, the merrier! Promote sustainability while your clothes, furniture and knickknacks find new homes.
Interested in participating for some or all of those dates in April or May 2026? Please submit a Contact Us form indicating your availability and include any blackout dates when you cannot participate.
Website Under Construction
